Biography
As a kid, Brigitte Lecordier wanted to be a clown: after science studies, she studied with Annie Fratellini, cocreator of the École nationale du cirque! Brigitte Lecordier became a clown, then a director, a singer, and an actress, and she now combines all her passions.
In the world of animation, she’s famous for her work as a voice actress: she’s the voice of children’s favorite heroes, starting with young Son Goku, Son Gohan, and Son Goten in the series and films from the Dragon Ball saga. She has also given her voice to Noddy in French, à Bouli the snowman, to Monarch: The Big Bear of Tallac, and many more. She’s dubbed characters from live shows too, such as American Horror Story, Zoey 101, or ALF, and recently web programs.
Brigitte Lecordier has also been the dubbing director for anime, including Future Boy Conan. She has been a theater, TV, and cinema actress. She’s played in many radio dramas, and recorded Noddy’s songs and more.
Lately, she’s been writing and performing for Allô c'est Ninou, an animated show in 39 episodes, based on prank calls she makes using her child voice.
Brigitte Lecordier is often invited to manga and pop culture conventions, where the attendees are always glad to meet her. In 2019, she’s created her YouTube channel and soon got 250.000 followers. She presents the many aspects of her activities, passions, and projects.
