Brigitte LECORDIER, the mythical voice of Son Goku and many cartoons from the 80s, is back at Japan Expo Sud to meet you! With her communicative good mood, she will take you back to your childhood memories and present you her new projects!
Brigitte Lecordier wanted to be a clown as a child: after studying science, she went to Annie Fratellini (co-creator of the École nationale du cirque) for her circus training! After becoming a clown, she went on to become a director, singer and actress, all of which she combines with passion.
She is well known in the animation world for her work as a dubbing actress. She has lent her voice to numerous characters, including Son Goku, Son Gohan and Son Goten as children in Dragon Ball, Oui-Oui, Bouli le bonhomme de neige, Bouba le petit ourson, Nicolas in Bonne nuit les Petits, Olie in Rolie Polie Olie, Gromo in Martin Matin, Zoé and Alf in American Horror Story, and more recently for La Petite Mort by Davy Mourier, as well as Peepoodo by Bobbypills.
She was also artistic director of Nidouille, the Pastagums, Conan le fils du futur, Vas-y Julie!, Archibald le Koala, Lulu Vroumette and many others, including La Famille Blaireau-Renard, César et Capucine, and season 3 of Les Mini-Justiciers. She recently directed the French version of Frieren!
A director, singer and actress, she has appeared in theater, film and television. On the radio, she has taken part in numerous dramas for Radio France and the Comédie Française, and in L'Oreille en colimaçon for several years on France Musique.
