Adeline Chetail, the French voice of Zelda, Kiki and Yor Forger, meets you at Japan Expo!
A passion for dubbing since the age of 6, under the influence of her storyteller father, Adeline Chetail's voice has become a staple of French popular culture. She has embodied such iconic roles as Princess Amalia in Wakfu, Zelda in the latest iterations of the series (The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom), Jinx in the worldwide hit Arcane, and more recently Yor in Spy x Family.
Right from the start, she made her mark with her cult line: “Run, Forrest, run!”, in Forrest Gump. An eclectic actress, Adeline has a special bond with Studio Ghibli films, lending her voice to the main characters in Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind and Kiki the Little Witch. More than 20 years later, she reprises the role of Kiki in the audiobook that inspired this cult film, published by Ynnis Editions.
