Rinaca is coming to meet you: as a duo with Surine, the two Danish cosplayers will be sharing their experience of cosplay and of the World Cosplay Summit with you!

Rinaca began cosplaying in 2010. In 2014, she represented Denmark at Tokyo’s International Film Festival, as a duo with Surine, her partner in cosplay and in life, in costumes from Neon Genesis Evangelion. The year after, they were selected for the World Cosplay Summit finals. A little while later, their wedding photos got viral and they became famous on the Internet.
Rinaca loves cosplay photoshoots and keeps trying to bring her characters to life. As roleplay is only a small part of cosplay, she loves to live out the series in photos too. Surine and her try to film the photoshoots from behind the scenes too, to post the videos and allow everyone to know what cosplay is about. Cosplay took Rinaca into many adventures and she loves meeting people from all around the world.
Rinaca will be attending the festival with Surine all three days. Come meet them at their booth and at a masterclass about wigs! She is also a member of the jury for the World Cosplay Summit 2019 French selections.
