Practice Aikido
Aikido is a universal discipline that can be practised at any age. On the tatamis, all practitioners are equal and wear the same uniform. All that distinguishes them is the experience they have accumulated over the years.

Aïkido FFAAA PACA
Aikido is not a competition. It's a supple, complete physical practice designed to help you better manage the space around you, improve your physical fitness and your relationship with a partner... And above all, to learn how to behave in the face of conflict, starting by trying to avoid it! This martial art is practised bare-handed, based on a variety of grabs and attacks, but also incorporates traditional Japanese wooden weapons. Aikido allows for a mix of genders and ages, and is also suitable for children.
