activities at the booth
Karaté Dojo Marseillais practitioners invite you to join them in learning the basics of karate: introductory sessions are available for young and old alike!
The “awakening” section, from 4 to 6 years old, works in a playful way, learning the rules of life, how to find one's bearings in space, and is gradually directed towards karate. The “children's” section takes up the same basic approach, and focuses on more technical kata and kumite. For teenagers/adults, leisure and competition preparation courses are offered.
The Karaté Dojo Marseillais team will be on hand at the stand to introduce you to fundamental fist/foot techniques, target reactivity exercises and motor skills courses for the younger ones. Good fun guaranteed!
