For those whose eyes are bigger than their stomachs (or vice versa), admire the culinary art of 2 demonstrations a day of traditional 100% buckwheat soba noodle making, masterfully executed by the Takano chef couple.

France Japon Connexion brings you these demonstrations, made entirely by hand and knife on site, highlighting the expertise of Kameido (Tokyo) cooks who travel from the Pacific to the Mediterranean to bring you these exotic flavors.
Let yourself be seduced by Japanese dietetics: gluten-free, it's excellent for your health, and suitable for diabetics too!

The chefs also take to the stage several times during the festival to explain their approach to preserving an ancestral technique, and to introduce you to the healthiest of Japanese dishes.
Masters of tea, their own brand of tea will be available for sale.

ABOUT France Japon Connexion
