ActivitIEs ON THE BOOTH

Aïkivudao is a Japanese fighting art that developed in Marseille as early as 1976, thanks to the energy of Jean-Pierre Rouvière, who graduated from the Union Nationale d'Aïkido in 1968. Today, the college of black belts is taking over its school and developing new clubs in order to offer a traditional martial art that is in tune with the times.

Aïkivudao proposes a form of aikido that is technical, tough, defensive and sometimes athletic, as it was taught in France in the 60s, and as Jean-Pierre Rouvière discovered and learned it as early as 1964 in the classes of masters André Noquet, Masamichi Noro, Mitsuro Nakazono and Nobuyoshi Tamura.

Founded on the bangs of the FFAB and FFAAA federations, aikivudao distances itself from the Aikido/Aïkikaï style, the most developed today and initiated by Kisshomaru Ueshiba, son of aikido founder Morihei Ueshiba.

You don't need to make a reservation to come and try this practice with them. You can meet them at their stand to get to know them better and find out about performance times.
