Practical info: lost items
What do you do if you lose your belongings during the festival? Or even if you find stuff that doesn't belong to you? Go to the Point Animation!

During the festival, lost and found items are returned to the Animation Spot, where they are kept until the end of the festival. They are kept after the festival so that you can recover them, if they have been found.
All you have to do is send us an e-mail with a precise description so that we can identify the object you've lost. We'll get back to you if we've found it. You can contact us at objets-perdus@japan-expo.com.
