Japan Expo Marseille is the opportunity to meet your favorite creators, artists and mangaka, and to leave with a signing session! If you have any problems, take a look at the signing desk!

Signing sessions at Japan Expo can be obtained in two ways:
- First come, first served: You have to go on the application to reserve your signing session voucher, and once the stock is exhausted it is no longer possible to get one in this slot.
- Random draw: Everyone who wants a signing session voucher plays on the app, and has a chance of getting one. You can only play once per slot and per ticket.
If you get an autograph voucher, simply go to the space indicated at the time of the session. Please note, however, that it is no longer possible to attend the sessions of the artist whose signing session you have already won during the show.
To get your signing session vouchers, you'll have to bring your phone and download the Japan Expo application beforehand!

Japan Expo allows you to meet your idols and get a photo or a signing session! Unfortunately, it can happen that the mobile application you use to register has a slight problem, or that you can't get an internet connection inside the festival.
Don't panic, the Signing Desk will come to your rescue!
The signing desk allows you to complete all the application procedures! All you need to do is take your ticket with you, and the staff on hand will be able to register for you so you don't miss out on the event of your dreams!
