The Rising Cosplay Talent area invites cosplayers of all levels, styles and notoriety to meet and make themselves known to the Japan Expo community!
For half a day, you'll have access to the festival and a booth where you can meet visitors. You can also sell photos and other accessories. A great way to boost your career as a cosplayer!
